Your best bet for pregnancy, say experts? Keep the advice that supported the science for the conception, such as monitoring this ovulation and maintaining a healthy diet and lifestyle.

“OB-GYN or a reproductive endocrinologist, can talk to you about how to optimize your fertility and decide whether additional testing or treatment is appropriate,” says Dr. Rossi.
